2. Eligibility

6. Loan Inquiry Submissions

When you submit a loan inquiry through the Site, you authorize BCG to share your submitted information with lenders in our directory who may be able to assist you. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee you will receive financing, nor does it create any obligation on the part of BCG or any lender. BCG is not a party to any loan transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Boost Commerce Group Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
