Who can list on BCPrivateLoans.ca?
Any BCFSA-registered private lender, MIC (Mortgage Investment Corporation), or B-lender operating in British Columbia. We verify all listings against the BCFSA registry before publishing.
How does the verification process work?
After you submit your claim, our team verifies your BCFSA registration, confirms your contact information, and reviews your lending criteria. Most verifications are completed within 2 business days.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Featured or Premium at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
What happens if my listing isn't already in the directory?
If your company isn't already listed, we'll create a new verified profile for you as part of the onboarding process. Use the 'List a New Lender' option on the claim form.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans are billed upfront at a discount and are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
How do I know if my listing is generating leads?
Featured and Premium subscribers receive monthly lead activity summaries. All subscribers can see their profile view counts in their dashboard.
